Frantz Charles
Principal Broker
Frantz is a member and the principal broker of Maron Realty. He is licensed as a broker in both Massachusetts and Georgia. He is a graduate of Oakwood College and received his bachelor’s degree in Electronic media in 2006. Frantz first started in his real estate journey in 2014 as a sales agent working with Century 21. Frantz then moved on to CUE Realty where he honed his skills and assisted clients in millions of real estate transactions until he co-founded Maron Realty.
Through education, market research and negotiations, Frantz's top priority is to ensure his clients expectations are met during the home buying and selling processes.

Joseph Roseme
Co-Managing Member
Joe is a Co-Managing Member of Maron Realty. He is licensed as a broker in Massachusetts and a salesperson in Georgia. He received his Bachelors degree from St. John's University in 2008 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in 2011. With over a decades worth of experience, Joe has always had a deep-rooted passion for real estate and has always regarded it as a pathway to build and/or build on generational wealth. A native of Massachusetts, Joe has assisted and educated clients in acquiring and selling millions of dollars of properties. Joe is also fluent in Haitian-Creole. Joe's motto is in part encapsulated in the words ingrained in him by one of his mentors, “We don't care what you buy or sell, we care that you are happy and informed with what you are buying and/or the results with what you are selling"

Raina Jacques
Associate Broker
Raina Jacques is a determined Real Estate Broker known for her superior customer service, warm personality and strong work ethic. In addition to her passion for real estate, Raina is a Massachusetts barred attorney, and brand consultant for small businesses and creatives.
